These are shells for a 50 shot rack. Note that each stick is marked for each tube so I know where to tape the fuse. I cut a length of fuse as long as the rack plus some so they can be tied together at the end. Using the stick as a guide I tape each shell to the leader fuse, ever 2 shells gets taped to the stick. I've used masking tape, duct tape, cellophane tape, they all seem to work. Painters tape does not as its too loose (lesson learned). When it comes time to load just hold the stick above the tubes, half the shells will fall in, a quick nudge will get the others. With two people (one hold, one guiding) you can reload a 50 shot rack in 30 seconds or less.
